There are no restrictions for placement or use, and a variety of sizes of ads are availible for each merchent, along with text adn email ads.
Most Linkshare accounts are pay by Sale or lead and rates vary. The most noticable drawback is that some merchant totals are tallied and paid seperately.
Quintstreet is a merchant ad broker. They have far less variety than most. This is because the specialize in quality merchants and programs. The interface is simple and uncluttered.
clickXchange's network of ads and publishers is geared to smaller websites and money. They have CPM, click, sales, and leads availible. There are a few gems in the system and you can buy and sell ads through the same account.
